greater Madison, Wisconsin, metropolitan area, in the city of Middleton. We have two condo communities: The
Villas at Apple Creek (Appleton), and The
Crossing (Fitchburg, in Dane County near Madison).
We
are affiliated with Epcon Communities, Inc., the
nation's preeminent developer and builder of single-story,
residential condominium communities. In the past 23 years,
Epcon and its franchisees have developed thriving condo communities
in over 28 states.
